Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process, pack and deliver to you. Please note that while we endeavour to uphold this commitment as far as possible, there are occasionally events that cause delays out of our control.

We offer free shipping for all South African orders valued at R700,00 or more. All other order values carry a standard delivery fee of R89,00.

We pride ourselves on producing products that do exactly what they say they will. In the unlikely event, you don’t experience the intended benefits of any VitaminMe product purchased and used consistently for 90 days, we will gladly refund you the full product value less any shipping costs incurred.
Shipping timeframes
Refund requests need to be placed within two weeks of the 90-day guarantee period (from date of purchase). If your refund request is outside of this period, we will be unable to issue a refund.
